- Choose delivery method (Amazon delivery or international warehouse shipping)
- Confirm receipt
- Submit return/exchange request if quality issues or dissatisfaction
- Confirm receipt if no issues
Amazon Platform:
- Confirm order information
- Verify issue
- Send notification to FBA seller if issue is valid
- Refuse if issue is invalid
Required proof: Order ID and issue description
Globlazer Amazon Store:
- Receive return/exchange notification
- Contact customer to confirm specific issue
- Confirm after-sales method if issue is verified
- Refuse if issue is invalid
Required information: Order number, issue description (including images or text), screenshot of purchased product, address information
Amazon FBA Warehouse:
- Process shipment
