Customer:

  1. Purchase product
  2. Choose delivery method (Amazon delivery or international warehouse shipping)
  3. Confirm receipt
  4. Submit return/exchange request if quality issues or dissatisfaction
  5. Confirm receipt if no issues

Amazon Platform:

  1. Confirm order information
  2. Verify issue
  3. Send notification to FBA seller if issue is valid
  4. Refuse if issue is invalid

Required proof: Order ID and issue description

Globlazer Amazon Store:

  1. Receive return/exchange notification
  2. Contact customer to confirm specific issue
  3. Confirm after-sales method if issue is verified
  4. Refuse if issue is invalid

Required information: Order number, issue description (including images or text), screenshot of purchased product, address information

Amazon FBA Warehouse:

  1. Process shipment
