They said this is for large cats and good for Maine Coons. My Maine coon is a 4 month old female. I'm hoping this condo will be big enough in a year. I think they sprayed cat nip on it before packaging because she somehow knew it was for her so she thought she'd help by sitting on the instructions.<br /> At the moment, she is sitting on it instead of me. Not sure I like that part.<br /> If she likes it I like it. I'll try to check back in a few months for a size pic.<br /> Instructions were good. The scratch pad parts were a little off but all in all, easy to assemble and a good buy.
