They said this is for large cats and good for Maine Coons. My Maine coon is a 4 month old female. I'm hoping this condo will be big enough in a year. I think they sprayed cat nip on it before packaging because she somehow knew it was for her so she thought she'd help by sitting on the instructions. At the moment, she is sitting on it instead of me. Not sure I like that part. If she likes it I like it. I'll try to check back in a few months for a size pic. Instructions were good. The scratch pad parts were a little off but all in all, easy to assemble and a good buy.

Took a little time to put together( my hubby & me). Mr Rengo( orange abby) was not impressed at all. Ms. Abigail (Black kitty) Feel head over heels in ❤️. Rengo overcame his fear and now the both totally enjoy this tower. As you can see, they both are pretty chunky, and it's held up, even with both of them sleeping on the top together. I definitely recommend this cat tower, even holds up to hefty fur babies. 5 stars!! ☆☆☆☆☆

If you want a STURDY cat tree for you precious cat, this one is PURrrrfect! Henry weighs 14 lbs and he fits the top tier with ease. It took a little bit of time to assemble BUT it was not hard to do. The seller sends a few extra parts as well (screws in such). I did not need them but appreciate that they were given. The price was excellent as well. I am now planning to get another one next month for my bedroom. The current one is in the living room. Color I chose was light grey.
